It's detailed in a blog on the official site featuring gifs showing how it works. Netflix viewers on their phones can select "Moments" in the pop-up menu, after which it is viewable along with a time stamp on the My Netflix tab.According to Netflix, you can revisit your Moments at any time on your phone, and it can serve as something like a bookmark that lets you pick up directly from the scene in your favorite show. The moment can also be shared on Instagram, WhatsApp, SnapChat, and Messenger. It's unclear whether the feature is accessible on standard televisions or browsers. Netflix says it plans to expand the feature in the future.
